Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Fivestar Rubber Stamp. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that meet your specifications. Please read our return policy carefully:

Custom Manufactured Orders:

Custom manufactured orders are generally not returnable once they have been approved by the customer. Approval signifies that you have reviewed and accepted the product specifications, design, and any other relevant details.

Return Request Period:

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Methods:

Returns can be made in-store or by mail only. Please choose the most convenient method for you.

Return Authorization Number (RAN):

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is not required for returns.

Defective Return Policy:

If there are any mistakes or defects in the product attributable to the manufacturing process, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. To report an issue, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the defect or mistake, along with any supporting photos or documentation.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all non-defective stock item returns.

Conditions for Returned Items:
